Breathing Through Uncertainty with Yogi Master Suresh
Peace is it's own reward.
- Mahatma Ghandi
There’s something astonishing in every breath we take. They say that when earth was created the sound that was made sounded like someone inhaling a good amount of air and releasing it.
Breath is obviously important for us to survive, but did you know it’s a tool to enhance your state of mood and well being? A good set of deep breathing can go a long way!
Meet Suresh
It was in 1995 that Suresh was introduced to the world of Yoga. It was after years of education, practice and a true conviction that he had something to share with the world that he registered with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher. He formally established Brahma Yoga School in 2010, at the scenic beach-side town of Kovalam, India.
When you stumble over a treasure that ends up changing your life, you can’t wait to share it with anyone you meet… That is how I feel about my friend Suresh, who is a mentor of mine and Yogi Master.
While in India this time, I was fortunate enough to sit down with him and do an in-depth interview where he shares with us how to find inner peace, how imbalances in mind show up in the body, how to “breathe” through as opposed to breaking through. On top of this, he will share a technique with you that will enable you to connect with the essence of who you really are on a daily basis.
Grab your coffee, turn off distractions, and give this interview your full, undivided attention. You will be VERY happy that you did as it has the potential to help you improve virtually any area of your life.
Suresh offers online yoga classes and is located in Kovalam Beach, India. To contact Suresh or look at more of his visit www.brahmayoga.org.
